Quran with English translation - Surah Hud ayat 80 - هُود - Page - Juz 12
﴿قَالَ لَوۡ أَنَّ لِي بِكُمۡ قُوَّةً أَوۡ ءَاوِيٓ إِلَىٰ رُكۡنٖ شَدِيدٖ ﴾
[هُود: 80]
﴿قال لو أن لي بكم قوة أو آوي إلى ركن شديد﴾ [هُود: 80]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He said, “I wish that I had power to suppress you, or that I could go to some great refuge.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He said: I wish I had power against you, or I had taken shelter in a strong corner |
| Ali Quli Qarai He said, ‘If only I had the power to deter you, or could take refuge in a mighty support!’ |
| Ali Unal He said: "O! would that I had power to resist you, or that I could lean upon some strong support |
| Hamid S Aziz He said, "Would that I had strength to resist you or could betake myself of some powerful support |
| John Medows Rodwell He said, "Would that I had strength to resist you, or that I could find refuge with some powerful chieftain |
| Literal He said: "If that for me (is) on you power/strength, or I take shelter to a strong corner/strong support |
| Mir Anees Original He said, “I wish I had strength against you or could be take myself to a strong support.” |
| Mir Aneesuddin He said, “I wish I had strength against you or could be take myself to a strong support.” |
