Quran with English translation - Surah Ar-Ra‘d ayat 34 - الرَّعد - Page - Juz 13
﴿لَّهُمۡ عَذَابٞ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَشَقُّۖ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَاقٖ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 34]
﴿لهم عذاب في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أشق وما لهم من الله﴾ [الرَّعد: 34]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al For them is a penalty in the life of the present, but truly more trying is the penalty of the future. They have no defender against God |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad They have punishment in this world’s life, and the punishment in the hereafter is certainly harder, and there is no protector for them against God |
| Ali Quli Qarai There is a punishment for them in the life of this world, and the punishment of the Hereafter will surely be harder, and they have no defender against Allah |
| Ali Unal For them is punishment in the life of this world, but the punishment of the Hereafter is yet more grievous, and they have none to guard them against God |
| Hamid S Aziz For them is torment in the life of this world; but surely the torment of the Hereafter is more wretched still, nor have they against Allah a defender |
| John Medows Rodwell Chastisement awaiteth them in this present life, and more grievous shall be the chastisement of the next: and none shall screen them from God |
