﴿وَإِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي خَٰلِقُۢ بَشَرٗا مِّن صَلۡصَٰلٖ مِّنۡ حَمَإٖ مَّسۡنُونٖ ﴾
[الحِجر: 28]
﴿وإذ قال ربك للملائكة إني خالق بشرا من صلصال من حمإ مسنون﴾ [الحِجر: 28]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Behold, your Lord said to the angels, “I am about to create a human being from sounding clay, from earth molded into shape |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And when your Master said to the angels: indeed I am creator of a human being from dried clay of stinky black mud |
| Ali Quli Qarai When your Lord said to the angels, ‘Indeed I am going to create a human out of a dry clay [drawn] from an aging mud |
| Ali Unal And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "I am creating a mortal from dried, sounding clay, from molded dark mud |
| Hamid S Aziz When your Lord said to the angels, "Verily, I am creating a mortal from (sound-emitting) clay of black mud wrought into shape |
| John Medows Rodwell Remember when thy Lord said to the Angels, "I create man of dried clay, of dark loam moulded |
