Quran with English translation - Surah An-Nahl ayat 81 - النَّحل - Page - Juz 14
﴿وَٱللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّمَّا خَلَقَ ظِلَٰلٗا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ أَكۡنَٰنٗا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمۡ سَرَٰبِيلَ تَقِيكُمُ ٱلۡحَرَّ وَسَرَٰبِيلَ تَقِيكُم بَأۡسَكُمۡۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُتِمُّ نِعۡمَتَهُۥ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُسۡلِمُونَ ﴾
[النَّحل: 81]
﴿والله جعل لكم مما خلق ظلالا وجعل لكم من الجبال أكنانا وجعل﴾ [النَّحل: 81]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al It is God Who made out of the things He created, things to give you shade, of the hills He made some for your shelter, He made you garments to protect you from heat, and armor to protect you from violence. Thus, He completes His favors on you that you may bow to His will |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And God made shade for you from what He created and He made shelters for you in the mountains and made coats for you protecting you from the heat and coats protecting you in your battles. That is how He completes his favor upon you, so you may submit (to Him) |
| Ali Quli Qarai It is Allah who made for you the shade from what He has created, and made for you retreats in the mountains, and made for you garments that protect you from heat, and garments that protect you from your [mutual] violence. That is how He completes His blessing upon you so that you may submit [to Him] |
| Ali Unal And (among countless other blessings of His) He has made for you, out of the things He has created, shelter from the sun, and given you refuges in the mountains, and made (the means whereby you make) garments to protect you from heat (or cold), and garments (such as coats-of-mail) to protect you from your (mutual) violence. In this way He completes His favors on you so that you may submit to Him (and thereby receive the greatest favor of all) |
| Hamid S Aziz And Allah has made for you, out what He has created, shade; and has made for you shelters in the mountains; and He has made for you garments to protect you from the heat, and coats of mail to keep you from each other´s violence: - thus does He fulfi |
| John Medows Rodwell And from the things which He hath created, hath God provided shade for you, and hath given you the mountains for places of shelter, and hath given you garments to defend you from the heat, and garments to defend you in your wars. Thus doth He fill up the measure of His goodness towards you, that you may resign yourselves to Him |
| Literal And God made/created/put for you from what He created shades, and He made/created/put for you from the mountains covers/shelters/homes, and He made/created/put for you shirts/clothes (that) protects you (from) the heat, and shirts/clothes (that) protects you (from) your hardship in war, as/like that/that is how He completes185His blessing on you, maybe/perhaps you submit/surrender |
| Mir Anees Original And (it is) Allah (Who) has made shelters for you from (things) which He created and He has made (places of) refuge for you in the mountains and made for you garments to protect you from the heat and garments to protect you in your fighting. Thus He completes His favor on you that you may submit (to Him) |
