﴿فَٱتَّخَذَتۡ مِن دُونِهِمۡ حِجَابٗا فَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرٗا سَوِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 17]
﴿فاتخذت من دونهم حجابا فأرسلنا إليها روحنا فتمثل لها بشرا سويا﴾ [مَريَم: 17]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al She screened herself from them, then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a human being |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad She took a partition (to separate herself) from them, then We sent Our spirit (Gabriel) to her, and he looked like a perfect human being to her |
| Ali Quli Qarai Thus did she seclude herself from them, whereupon We sent to her Our Spirit and he became incarnate for her as a well-proportioned human |
| Ali Unal Thus she kept herself in seclusion from people. Then We sent to her Our spirit, and it appeared before her in the form of a perfect man |
| Hamid S Aziz And she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; and We sent unto her Our Angel (or spirit); and he assumed for her the semblance of a perfect man |
