﴿وَلَقَدۡ نَصَرَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِبَدۡرٖ وَأَنتُمۡ أَذِلَّةٞۖ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 123]
﴿ولقد نصركم الله ببدر وأنتم أذلة فاتقوا الله لعلكم تشكرون﴾ [آل عِمران: 123]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al God helped you at Badr when you were weak, so be conscious of God, so that you may feel grateful |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And God helped you at (war of) Badr while you were weak, so be cautious of God, that you may be thankful |
Ali Quli Qarai Certainly Allah helped you at Badr, when you were weak [in the enemy’s eyes]. So be wary of Allah so that you may give thanks |
Ali Unal For sure God had helped you to victory at Badr when you were a despised (small) force. So observe your duty to God in due reverence for Him, that you may be thankful |
Hamid S Aziz Allah gave you victory at Badr when you were in a contemptible force; so do your duty to Allah in thankfulness |
John Medows Rodwell God had already succoured you at Bedr, when ye were the weaker! Fear God, then, that ye may be thankful |
Literal And God had (E) given you victory/aid with (at) Badr , and you are humiliated/disgraced , so fear and obey God, maybe/perhaps you thank/be grateful |
Mir Anees Original And Allah had helped you at Badr when you were weak, therefore fear Allah so as to be grateful (to Him) |
