﴿لِيَقۡطَعَ طَرَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡ يَكۡبِتَهُمۡ فَيَنقَلِبُواْ خَآئِبِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 127]
﴿ليقطع طرفا من الذين كفروا أو يكبتهم فينقلبوا خائبين﴾ [آل عِمران: 127]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He might cut off a fringe of the unbelievers or expose them to dishonor, and they will then be turned back, defeated |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad In order to cut off (and wipe out) a part of those who disbelieved, or to subdue them so they turn back disappointed |
Ali Quli Qarai that He may cut down a section of the faithless, or subdue them, so that they retreat disappointed |
Ali Unal And that (through you) He might cut off a (leading) party of those who disbelieved, or overwhelm them, so that they (and others) would retreat in utter disappointment |
