Quran with English translation - Surah Ar-Rum ayat 58 - الرُّوم - Page - Juz 21
﴿وَلَقَدۡ ضَرَبۡنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٖۚ وَلَئِن جِئۡتَهُم بِـَٔايَةٖ لَّيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا مُبۡطِلُونَ ﴾
[الرُّوم: 58]
﴿ولقد ضربنا للناس في هذا القرآن من كل مثل ولئن جئتهم بآية﴾ [الرُّوم: 58]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Indeed We have given to humanity in this Quran, every kind of parable, but if you bring to them any sign, the unbelievers are sure to say, “You do nothing but speak lies.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We have certainly given all kinds of example in this Quran for the people, and if you bring them a sign (miracle), those who disbelieve shall say: you are only falsifiers |
| Ali Quli Qarai Certainly we have drawn for mankind in this Quran every [kind of] parable. Indeed if you bring them a sign, the faithless will surely say, ‘You are nothing but fabricators!’ |
| Ali Unal Assuredly We have set forth for humankind in this Qur’an all kinds of parables and comparisons (to help them understand the truth). Even though you bring them a miracle (of the kind they demand), those who (pay no heed to these parables and comparisons and obstinately) disbelieve will certainly say (to the believers): "You are only seeking a false way |
| Hamid S Aziz Verily, We have set forth for men every kind of similitude (parable, example) in this Quran; and, indeed, if you should bring them a miracle, those who disbelieve would certainly say: You are naught but false claimants |

| Literal And We had (E) given to the people in this the Koran from every example/proverb, and if (E) you came to them with a verse/evidence/sign those who disbelieved will say (E) : "That truly you are except wasters/annulers |
