﴿۞ قُلۡ يَتَوَفَّىٰكُم مَّلَكُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ ٱلَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ تُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 11]
﴿قل يتوفاكم ملك الموت الذي وكل بكم ثم إلى ربكم ترجعون﴾ [السَّجدة: 11]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “The Angel of Death that is put in charge of you will take your souls as promised. Then you will be brought back to your Lord.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: the angel of death, the one who is put in charge of you, makes you die, then you are returned to your Master |
| Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘You will be taken away by the angel of death, who has been charged with you. Then you will be brought back to your Lord.’ |
| Ali Unal Say: "The Angel of Death who is charged with taking your souls will take your souls; then you will be returned to your Lord |
| Hamid S Aziz Say: The angel of death who is given charge of you shall cause you to die, then to your Lord you shall be returned |
| John Medows Rodwell SAY: The angel of death who is charged with you shall cause you to die: then shall ye be returned to your Lord |
| Literal Say: "The death`s/lifelessness` angel who was appointed a keeper to you, makes you die, then to your Lord you are being returned |
| Mir Anees Original Say, “The angel of death, who is entrusted with you, will take you back (cause you to die), then to your Fosterer you will be returned.” |
