Quran with English translation - Surah As-Sajdah ayat 22 - السَّجدة - Page - Juz 21
﴿وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِۦ ثُمَّ أَعۡرَضَ عَنۡهَآۚ إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 22]
﴿ومن أظلم ممن ذكر بآيات ربه ثم أعرض عنها إنا من المجرمين﴾ [السَّجدة: 22]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And who does more wrong than one to whom is recited the signs of his Lord, and who then turns away from it? Indeed from those who transgress, We will exact due retribution |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And who is more wrong than someone who is reminded of His Master's signs, then he stays away from it? Indeed We take revenge from the guilty ones |
| Ali Quli Qarai Who is a greater wrongdoer than him who is reminded of his Lord’s signs, whereat he disregards them? Indeed, We shall take vengeance upon the guilty |
| Ali Unal Who is more in wrong than he who has been reminded (repeatedly) of his Lord’s Revelations and signs, yet turns away from them in aversion. We will surely requite the criminals (committed to accumulating sins) |
| Hamid S Aziz And who is more unjust than he who is reminded of the revelations of his Lord, then he turns away from them? Surely We will requite the guilty |
| John Medows Rodwell Who acteth worse than he who is warned by the signs of his Lord, then turneth away from them? We will surely take vengeance on the guilty ones |
| Literal And who (is) more unjust/oppressive than who was reminded with His Lord`s verses/signs/evidences, then he turned away/opposed from it? That We are from the criminals/sinners, We are revenging/punishing (We are revenging/punishing the criminals/sinners) |
| Mir Anees Original And who is more unjust than one who is reminded through the signs of his Fosterer, then he turns away from them? We will definitely inflict retribution on the criminals |
