Quran with English translation - Surah Saba’ ayat 37 - سَبإ - Page - Juz 22
﴿وَمَآ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُم بِٱلَّتِي تُقَرِّبُكُمۡ عِندَنَا زُلۡفَىٰٓ إِلَّا مَنۡ ءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ جَزَآءُ ٱلضِّعۡفِ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡغُرُفَٰتِ ءَامِنُونَ ﴾
[سَبإ: 37]
﴿وما أموالكم ولا أولادكم بالتي تقربكم عندنا زلفى إلا من آمن وعمل﴾ [سَبإ: 37]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al It is neither your wealth nor your sons that will bring you nearer to Us in degree, but only those who believe and work righteousness. These are the ones for whom there is a reward multiplied for their deeds, while they reside secure in the dwellings on high |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And it is not your wealth or your children that bring you closer to Us, but anyone who believed and did good works, then they have the double reward for what they did, and they will be safe (and secure) in the chambers |
| Ali Quli Qarai It is not your wealth, nor your children, that will bring you close to Us in nearness, excepting those who have faith and act righteously. It is they for whom there will be a twofold reward for what they did, and they will be secure in lofty abodes |
| Ali Unal And it is neither your wealth nor your children which will bring you near to Us; but only one who believes and does good, righteous deeds (can come near to Us), and it is those whose reward for their deeds is multiplied, and they will dwell in high, lofty mansions (of Paradise), secure (from any suffering) |
| Hamid S Aziz It is not your wealth nor your children which bring you near Us in station, but whoever believes and does good, these it is for whom is a double reward for what they do, and they shall be secure in the highest places |
| John Medows Rodwell Neither by your riches nor by your children shall you bring yourselves into nearness with Us; but they who believe and do the thing that is right shall have a double reward for what they shall have done: and in the pavilions of Paradise shall they dwell secure |
| Literal And your properties/possessions/wealths, and nor your children (are) not with which near/approach you at Us, approachment/advancement except who believed and made/did correct/righteous deeds, so those for them (is) the double reward/reimbursement because (of) what they made/did , and they are in the chambers/elevated (stages/places) (are) safe/secure |
| Mir Anees Original Neither your wealth nor your children (are things) through which you (can) come nearer to Us, unless (you are of those) who believe and do righteous work. So those are the persons who will have double the reward because of what they did, and they will be secure in high places |
