﴿۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ أَنتُمُ ٱلۡفُقَرَآءُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِۖ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ﴾
[فَاطِر: 15]
﴿ياأيها الناس أنتم الفقراء إلى الله والله هو الغني الحميد﴾ [فَاطِر: 15]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al O you people, it is you who have need of God, but God is the One free of all wants, worthy of all praise |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad People, you are in need of God, and God is the rich (and needless) and the praiseworthy |
| Ali Quli Qarai O mankind! You are the ones who stand in need of Allah, and Allah—He is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable |
| Ali Unal O humankind! You are all poor before God and in absolute need of Him, whereas He is the All-Wealthy and Self-Sufficient (absolutely independent of the creation), the All-Praiseworthy (as your Lord, Who provides for you and all other beings, supplying all your needs) |
| Hamid S Aziz O men! You are they who are poor (stand in need of Allah), and Allah is He Who is the Self-sufficient (Absolute), the Owner of Praise |
| John Medows Rodwell O men! ye are but paupers in need of God; but God is the Rich, the Praiseworthy |
| Literal You, you the people, you are the poor/needy/deprived to God, and He is the rich, the praiseworthy/commendable |
| Mir Anees Original O Mankind! you are the ones who are in need of Allah while Allah is Independent, the Praised |
| Mir Aneesuddin O Mankind! you are the ones who are in need of God while God is Independent, the Praised |
