Quran with English translation - Surah FaTir ayat 43 - فَاطِر - Page - Juz 22
﴿ٱسۡتِكۡبَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَكۡرَ ٱلسَّيِّيِٕۚ وَلَا يَحِيقُ ٱلۡمَكۡرُ ٱلسَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهۡلِهِۦۚ فَهَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا سُنَّتَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَۚ فَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِيلٗاۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ ٱللَّهِ تَحۡوِيلًا ﴾
[فَاطِر: 43]
﴿استكبارا في الأرض ومكر السيئ ولا يحيق المكر السيئ إلا بأهله فهل﴾ [فَاطِر: 43]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al On account of their arrogance in the land, and their plotting of evil. But the plotting of evil will only hem in the authors of it. Now they are looking for the way the ancients were dealt with? But no change will you find in God's Sunnah, and no finale will you find in God's Sunnah |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad (because) of arrogance on the earth and plotting bad (things). But the bad plot only falls on its people (who plotted it). So, are they looking for other than way of (dealing with) the earlier ones? And you will never find any change in God’s way, and you will never find any revision in God’s way |
| Ali Quli Qarai due to their domineering [conduct] in the land and their devising of evil schemes; and evil schemes beset only their authors. So do they await anything except the precedent of the ancients? Yet you will never find any change in Allah’s precedent, and you will never find any revision in Allah’s precedent |
| Ali Unal Growing in arrogance in the land and devising evil schemes. But an evil scheme overwhelms none but its own authors. So, can they expect anything other than the pattern of (events and outcomes that overtook) the people of old times (whom God destroyed)? You will never find in God’s way any change; you will never find in God’s way any alteration |

| Literal Arrogance in the earth/Planet Earth, and the bad`s/evil`s/harm`s deceit/scheme , does not surround/ afflict except with its people , so do they wait (for) the first`s/beginner`s manner/law ? So you will never/not find for God`s law/manner (an) exchange/replacement , and you will never/not find for God`s law/manner a change/movement |

So do they wait for anything, except the procedure (in which) the ancients (were treated)?
