Quran with English translation - Surah Az-Zumar ayat 54 - الزُّمَر - Page - Juz 24
﴿وَأَنِيبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَأَسۡلِمُواْ لَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴾
[الزُّمَر: 54]
﴿وأنيبوا إلى ربكم وأسلموا له من قبل أن يأتيكم العذاب ثم لا﴾ [الزُّمَر: 54]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “Turn to our Lord and bow to His will, before the penalty comes on you. After that, you will not be helped.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And turn to your Master (in repentance) and submit to Him before the punishment comes to you, then you are not helped |
| Ali Quli Qarai Turn penitently to Him and submit to Him before the punishment overtakes you, whereupon you will not be helped |
| Ali Unal Turn to your Lord in penitence and submit to Him wholly before the punishment comes upon you (when it will be too late, and acknowledgment of faith will no longer avail you); for after (that) you will not be helped |
| Hamid S Aziz And return to your Lord time after time and submit to Him before there come unto you the punishment when you cannot be helped |
| John Medows Rodwell And return ye to your Lord, and to Him resign yourselves, ere the punishment come on you, for then ye shall not be helped |
| Literal And repent/obey to your Lord, and submit/surrender to Him, from before that the torture comes to you, then you do not be given victory/aid |
