Quran with English translation - Surah Ghafir ayat 18 - غَافِر - Page - Juz 24
﴿وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓزِفَةِ إِذِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ لَدَى ٱلۡحَنَاجِرِ كَٰظِمِينَۚ مَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ حَمِيمٖ وَلَا شَفِيعٖ يُطَاعُ ﴾
[غَافِر: 18]
﴿وأنذرهم يوم الآزفة إذ القلوب لدى الحناجر كاظمين ما للظالمين من حميم﴾ [غَافِر: 18]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Warn them of the day that is drawing near, when the hearts will come right up to the throats to choke them. No close friend or intercessor will the wrongdoers have, and they cannot be obeyed |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And warn them of the upcoming day, when the hearts are at the throats, full of suppressed anger. There is no friend or mediator for the wrongdoers who is obeyed (and is listened to) |
| Ali Quli Qarai Warn them of the Approaching Day, when the hearts will be at the throats, choking with suppressed agony, [and] the wrongdoers will have no sympathizer, nor any intercessor who might be heard |
