Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Fath ayat 22 - الفَتح - Page - Juz 26
﴿وَلَوۡ قَٰتَلَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوَلَّوُاْ ٱلۡأَدۡبَٰرَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيّٗا وَلَا نَصِيرٗا ﴾
[الفَتح: 22]
﴿ولو قاتلكم الذين كفروا لولوا الأدبار ثم لا يجدون وليا ولا نصيرا﴾ [الفَتح: 22]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al If the unbelievers fought you, they would certainly turn their backs, and then they would find neither protector nor helper |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And if those who disbelieved fight you, they certainly turn back (and run away), then they do not find any supporter or helper |
| Ali Quli Qarai If the faithless fight you, they will turn their backs [to flee]. Then they will not find any protector or helper |
| Ali Unal If the unbelievers (of Makkah) had fought against you (instead of signing the treaty with you at Hudaybiyah), they would certainly have turned their backs in flight, then they would have found no protecting guardian or helper (to rescue them) |
| Hamid S Aziz And if those who disbelieve fight with you, they would certainly turn their backs, then they would not find any protector or helper |
| John Medows Rodwell If the Infidels shall fight against you, they shall assuredly turn their backs; then, neither protector nor helper shall they find |
| Literal And if those who disbelieved fought you , they would have turned away (on) the backs/ends, then they do no find a guardian/ally , and nor a victorior/savior |
