﴿إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَقۡدِرُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ﴾
[المَائدة: 34]
﴿إلا الذين تابوا من قبل أن تقدروا عليهم فاعلموا أن الله غفور﴾ [المَائدة: 34]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Except for those who repent before they fall to your power. In that case, know that God is Oft-Forgiving, Mercifully Redeeming |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad except those who repented before you overpower them, and know that God is indeed forgiving and merciful |
| Ali Quli Qarai excepting those who repent before you capture them, and know that Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful |
| Ali Unal Except for those who repent (and desist from their crimes against order) before you have overpowered them, (although the judgment as to specific crimes against individuals is left to those individuals or to their heirs). Know that God surely is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate (especially toward His servants who turn to Him in repentance) |
