Quran with English translation - Surah Adh-Dhariyat ayat 28 - الذَّاريَات - Page - Juz 26
﴿فَأَوۡجَسَ مِنۡهُمۡ خِيفَةٗۖ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡۖ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمٖ ﴾
[الذَّاريَات: 28]
﴿فأوجس منهم خيفة قالوا لا تخف وبشروه بغلام عليم﴾ [الذَّاريَات: 28]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Then he conceived a fear of them. They said, “Fear not.” And they gave him good news of a son endowed with knowledge |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Then he felt afraid of them, they said: do not be afraid. And they gave him good news of a knowledgeable son |
| Ali Quli Qarai Then he felt a fear of them. They said, ‘Do not be afraid!’ and they gave him the good news of a wise son |
| Ali Unal (When he saw that they did not eat) he became apprehensive of them. They said: "Do not be apprehensive!" They gave him the glad tidings of (the birth of) a son to be endowed with profound knowledge |
| Hamid S Aziz (When they did not eat) he conceived in his mind a fear of them. They said, "Fear not." And they gave him the good news of a son endowed with knowledge |

| Literal So he felt inner horror/fear from them, they said: "Do not fear." And they announced good news to him with a knowledgeable boy (son) |
