Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 107 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشۡرَكُواْۗ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَٰكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَفِيظٗاۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِوَكِيلٖ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 107]
﴿ولو شاء الله ما أشركوا وما جعلناك عليهم حفيظا وما أنت عليهم﴾ [الأنعَام: 107]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al If it had been in God's plan, they would not have taken false gods. But We did not make you one to watch over their doings, nor are you set over them to manage their affairs |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad If God wanted, they would not have set up associates (with Him), and We did not make you their guardian and you are not their advocate |
| Ali Quli Qarai Had Allah wished they would not have ascribed partners [to Him]. We have not made you a caretaker for them, nor is it your duty to watch over them |
| Ali Unal Yet if God had so willed (and not enabled their free choice), they would not have associated partners with Him, (so do not torment yourself to death with grief because they do not believe). And We have not made you a keeper over them, and you are not charged with care and control of them |
| John Medows Rodwell Had God pleased, they had not joined other gods with Him: and we have not made thee keeper over them, neither art thou a guardian over them |
| Literal And if God wanted/willed, they would not (have) shared/made partners (with God), and We did not make you a protector/observer on them, and you are not on them with a guardian |
| Mir Anees Original And had Allah willed they would not have associated partners (with Him) and We have not made you a protector over them nor are you a trustee over them |
