Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 12 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿قُل لِّمَن مَّا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قُل لِّلَّهِۚ كَتَبَ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةَۚ لَيَجۡمَعَنَّكُمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِۚ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 12]
﴿قل لمن ما في السموات والأرض قل لله كتب على نفسه الرحمة﴾ [الأنعَام: 12]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “Who does all that is in the heaven and the earth belong to?” Say, “To God.” And He has decreed for Himself mercy. Indeed, He will gather you together for the Day of Accountability, there is no doubt whatsoever. It is those who have lost themselves that will not believe |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: to whom belongs whatever is in the skies and on the earth? Say: to God. He prescribed the mercy upon Himself. He shall gather you on the resurrection day, that there is no doubt about it. Those who lost their souls do not believe |
Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth?’ Say, ‘To Allah. He has made mercy incumbent upon Himself. He will surely gather you on the Day of Resurrection, in which there is no doubt. Those who have ruined their souls will not have faith.’ |
Ali Unal Say: "To whom belongs all that is in the heavens and on the earth?", and say: "To God." He has bound Himself to mercy (so that, despite the errors and false beliefs of His servants, He sustains all that is in the heavens and the earth by His Mercy. He does not leave anybody to their own devices and, as a requirement of His Mercy) He will assuredly gather you together on the Day of Resurrection, about (the coming of) which there is no doubt: yet those who ruin their own selves (by misusing and corrupting their primordial nature, sound reasoning and the capacity to believe, which are their capital share in God’s Mercy) – they do not believe |
Hamid S Aziz Say, "Whose is that which is in the heavens and the earth?" Say, "Allah´s. He has imposed (prescribed) mercy on himself." He will surely gather you together on the Day (of Resurrection and Judgment), of which there is no doubt. B |
John Medows Rodwell SAY: Whose is all that is in the Heavens and the Earth? SAY: God's. He had imposed mercy on Himself as a law. He will surely assemble you on the Resurrection day; there is no doubt of it. They who are the authors of their own ruin, are they who will not believe |
Literal Say: "To whom, what (is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth?" Say: "To God, He decreed on Himself the mercy, He will gather/collect you to the Resurrection Day, no doubt/suspicion in it, those who lost themselves, so they are not believing |
