Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 19 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿قُلۡ أَيُّ شَيۡءٍ أَكۡبَرُ شَهَٰدَةٗۖ قُلِ ٱللَّهُۖ شَهِيدُۢ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَكُمۡۚ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِۦ وَمَنۢ بَلَغَۚ أَئِنَّكُمۡ لَتَشۡهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً أُخۡرَىٰۚ قُل لَّآ أَشۡهَدُۚ قُلۡ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 19]
﴿قل أي شيء أكبر شهادة قل الله شهيد بيني وبينكم وأوحي إلي﴾ [الأنعَام: 19]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “What thing is most weighty in evidence?” Say, “God is witness between you and me, that this Quran has been revealed to me by inspiration, that I may warn you and all whom it reaches. Can you bear witness that besides God there is another god?” Say, “No, I cannot bear witness.” Say, “In truth He is the one God, and I certainly am free of your joining others with Him.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: what thing is greatest testimony? Say: God, a witness between me and you, and this Quran was revealed to me in order that I warn you and whoever it reaches with it. Do you testify that there are other gods with God? Say: I do not testify. Say: He is the only one god, and I am free of what you associate (with Him) |
| Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘What thing is greatest as witness?’ Say, ‘Allah! [He is] witness between me and you, and this Quran has been revealed to me that I may warn thereby you and whomever it may reach.’ ‘Do you indeed bear witness that there are other gods besides Allah?’ Say, ‘I do not bear witness [to any such thing].’ Say, ‘Indeed He is the One God, and I indeed disown what you associate [with Him].’ |
| Ali Unal Say: "What is most weighty in testimony?" Say: "God: a witness between me and you; and to me is being revealed this Qur’an so that I may warn you thereby, and whomever it may reach." (O you who associate partners with God:) Do you truly testify that there are deities besides God? Say (to them): "I give no such testimony." Say: "He is only One God, and surely I am absolutely free from your association of partners with Him and from whatever you associate with Him as partners |
| Hamid S Aziz Say, "What is the strongest evidence (testimony, witness)?" Say, "Allah is witness between you and me. This Quran was inspired in me to warn you and those it reaches. Can you really bear witness that there are other gods besides Allah |
| John Medows Rodwell SAY: What thing is weightiest in bearing witness? SAY: God is witness between me and you; and this Koran hath been revealed to me that I should warn you by it, and all whom it shall reach. What! will ye really bear witness that there are other gods with God? SAY: I bear no such witness. SAY: Verily, He is one God, and truly am guiltless of what ye join with Him |
| Literal Say: "Which thing (is) greater (in) testimony/certification ?" Say: "God (is an) honest witness between me and between you (P), and (it is) transmitted/revealed to me this the Koran, to warn you with it and who (was) reached (informed); that you are witnessing/testifying (E), that with God, (are) other Gods." Say: "I do not witness/testify." Say: "But He is one God, and that I am innocent from what you share (with God) |
| Mir Anees Original Say, "What thing is greater (as) witness?" Say, "Allah is Witness between me and you. And this Quran has been communicated to me, that with it, I should warn you and whomsoever it reaches. Do you really bear witness that there are other gods with Allah?" Say, "I do not bear witness." Say, "He is only One God, and I am free from that which you associate as partners (with Allah) |
