Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al When those who believe come to you with Our signs say, “Peace be upon you.” And remember that your Lord has inscribed for Himself mercy. Indeed, if any of you did wrong in ignorance, and thereafter repented, and amend their conduct, then He is Oft-Forgiving, Mercifully Redeeming |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And when those who believe in Our signs come to you, say: peace (and well-being) upon you. Your Master prescribed the mercy for Himself, that anyone of you who did something bad out of ignorance then he repented afterward and straightened out, He is indeed forgiving and merciful |
Ali Unal When those who believe in all of Our Revelations and signs (whenever they come to them,) come to you, say in welcome: "Peace be upon you! Your Lord has bound Himself to mercy (to treat His servants with mercy) – so that if any of you does a bad deed due to ignorance (an instance of defeat to the evil-commanding soul), and thereafter repents and mends his way and conduct, surely He is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate |
Mir Anees Original And when those who believe in Our signs come to you, then say (to them), "Peace be on you, your Fosterer has prescribed mercy on Himself, so if anyone of you did evil in ignorance then repented after that and amended, then He is certainly Protectively Forgiving, Merciful |
