Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 57 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿قُلۡ إِنِّي عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَكَذَّبۡتُم بِهِۦۚ مَا عِندِي مَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ بِهِۦٓۚ إِنِ ٱلۡحُكۡمُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِۖ يَقُصُّ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡفَٰصِلِينَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 57]
﴿قل إني على بينة من ربي وكذبتم به ما عندي ما تستعجلون﴾ [الأنعَام: 57]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “For me, I follow guidance from my Lord, but you reject Him. What you would see hastened is not in my power. The command rests with none but God. He declares the truth, and He is the best of judges.” |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: I am on a clear proof from my Master while you deny that, what you want to rush it is not with me (in my power), the decision (and making rule) only belongs to Go, He tells the truth and He is best of the deciders |
Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘Indeed I stand on a manifest proof from my Lord and you have denied it. What you seek to hasten is not up to me. Judgement belongs only to Allah; He expounds the truth and He is the best of judges.’ |
Ali Unal Say: "I take my stand on clear evidence from my Lord, whereas you deny it. Not within my power is what you (deridingly) ask to be hastened, (saying: ‘If there is a punishment with which you threaten us, let it come immediately’). (In the absolute sense) judgment and authority rest with none but God alone. He always relates the truth, and He is the best judge between truth and falsehood |
Hamid S Aziz Say, "I rely on a manifestation (proofs) from my Lord, which you deny. I have not with me that for which you are impatient. The decision is a matter for Allah alone, He declares the Truth and He is the best of Judges |
John Medows Rodwell SAY: I act upon proofs from my Lord, but ye treat them as falsehoods. That punishment which ye desire to be hastened is not in my power; judgment is with God only: He will declare the truth; and He is the best settler of disputes |
Literal Say: "That I (am) on an evidence from my Lord, and you denied/falsified with it; at me is not what you hurry/urge with it, that the judgment/rule (is) except to God, He narrates/informs the truth , and He (is) best (of) the judges/separators |
