Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 94 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿وَلَقَدۡ جِئۡتُمُونَا فُرَٰدَىٰ كَمَا خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَتَرَكۡتُم مَّا خَوَّلۡنَٰكُمۡ وَرَآءَ ظُهُورِكُمۡۖ وَمَا نَرَىٰ مَعَكُمۡ شُفَعَآءَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ زَعَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّهُمۡ فِيكُمۡ شُرَكَٰٓؤُاْۚ لَقَد تَّقَطَّعَ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَضَلَّ عَنكُم مَّا كُنتُمۡ تَزۡعُمُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 94]
﴿ولقد جئتمونا فرادى كما خلقناكم أول مرة وتركتم ما خولناكم وراء ظهوركم﴾ [الأنعَام: 94]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “And behold, you come to us bare and alone, as We created you the first time. You have left behind you, all that We gave to you. We do not see with you your intercessors whom you thought to be partners in your affairs. So now, all relations between you have been cut off, and your desires have left you lost.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And you have certainly come to Us individually as We created you the first time, and you left behind your backs whatever We gave you, and We do not see your mediators with you, those you claimed were partners (of God) in you. Indeed, you are cut off and what you were claiming abandoned you |
| Ali Quli Qarai ‘Certainly you have come to Us alone, just as We created you the first time, and left behind whatever We had bestowed on you. We do not see your intercessors with you—those whom you claimed to be [Our] partners in [deciding] you[r] [fate]. Certainly all links between you have been cut, and what you used to claim has forsaken you!’ |
| Ali Unal (God says:) "Now assuredly you (having died and been buried alone) have come to us quite alone, as We created you in the first instance; and you have left behind all that We bestowed upon you (in the world). And We do not see with you any of those intercessors (whom you associated with God as partners, and) of whom you supposed that they had shares in you (i.e. authority to order your life in certain ways). Indeed, all the bonds between you and them have now been severed, and all that you supposed (to be God’s partners in your affairs) has failed you |
| Hamid S Aziz And you come now alone as We created you at first, and you have left behind you that which We granted you; and We see not with you your intercessors whom you pretended were your partners amongst you; so between you have all ties been cut asunder; and that |
| John Medows Rodwell And now are ye come back to us, alone, as we created you at first, and ye leave behind you the good things which we had given you, and we see not with you your intercessors whom ye regarded as the companions of God among you. There is a severance between you now, and those whom ye regarded as partners with God have deserted you |
| Literal And you had come to Us singularly as We created you (the) first time , and you left what We gave you generously behind your backs, and We do not see with you your mediators, those who you claimed that they (are) in you partners (it) had been (E) separated between you, and (it was) wasted from you what you were claiming |
| Mir Anees Original And now you have come to Us alone as We had created you the first time, and you have left behind your backs (all) that We bestowed upon you, and We do not see with you your mediators (about) whom you claimed that they would be partners in your (affairs), (all the ties) between you have been cut off and that which you used to claim (as dependable) has gone away from you |
| Mir Aneesuddin And now you have come to Us alone as We had created you the first time, and you have left behind your backs (all) that We bestowed upon you, and We do not see with you your mediators (about) whom you claimed that they would be partners in your (affairs), (all the ties) between you have been cut off and that which you used to claim (as dependable) has gone away from you |
