﴿وَمَا لَهُمۡ أَلَّا يُعَذِّبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَهُمۡ يَصُدُّونَ عَنِ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ أَوۡلِيَآءَهُۥٓۚ إِنۡ أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 34]
﴿وما لهم ألا يعذبهم الله وهم يصدون عن المسجد الحرام وما كانوا﴾ [الأنفَال: 34]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al But what plea do they have that God should not punish them, when they keep out the people from the Sacred Masjid, though they are not its guardians? No people can be its guardians except the righteous, but most of them do not understand |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And what is for them that God should not punish them while they hold (people) back from the Sacred Mosque and they are not its guardians? Its guardians are only those who control themselves, but most of them do not know |
