Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anfal ayat 36 - الأنفَال - Page - Juz 9
﴿إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ لِيَصُدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَسۡرَةٗ ثُمَّ يُغۡلَبُونَۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ يُحۡشَرُونَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 36]
﴿إن الذين كفروا ينفقون أموالهم ليصدوا عن سبيل الله فسينفقونها ثم تكون﴾ [الأنفَال: 36]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al The disbelievers give their wealth to hinder people from the path of God, and they will continue to give. But in the end, they will have regrets, then they will be overcome, and the disbelievers will be gathered together to hell |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed those who disbelieved spend their wealth to obstruct God's way. So they are going to spend it, then it becomes regret for them, then they are defeated, and those who disbelieved are gathered in hell |
| Ali Quli Qarai Indeed the faithless spend their wealth to bar from the way of Allah. Soon they will have spent it, then it will be a cause of regret to them, then they will be overcome, and the faithless will be gathered toward Hell |
| Ali Unal Those who are persistent in unbelief spend their wealth in order that they may bar from God’s way. They will continue to spend it so until it becomes for them a source of sighs and anguish, and then they will be vanquished. Those who are persistent in unbelief will finally be gathered into Hell |
| Hamid S Aziz Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to turn folk away from the path of Allah; but they shall spend it, and then it shall become sighing (regret) for them, and then they shall be overcome. Those who disbelieve shall be gathered into hell |
| John Medows Rodwell The infidels spend their riches with intent to turn men aside from the way of God: spend it they shall; then shall sighing be upon them, and then shall they be overcome. And the infidels shall be gathered together into Hell |
| Literal That those who disbelieved spend their properties/possessions/wealths to object/prevent/obstruct from Gods` way/path/sake , so they will spend it, then (it will) be on them grief/weakness , then they (will) be defeated/conquered , and those who disbelieved, to Hell they (will) be gathered |
