And when they have to give by measure or weight to men, - Surah Al-MuTaffifin ayat 3 in English

﴿وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمۡ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمۡ يُخۡسِرُونَ ﴾
[المُطَففين: 3]

And when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due

﴿وإذا كالوهم أو وزنوهم يخسرون﴾ [المُطَففين: 3]
