﴿لَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ أَن يُجَٰهِدُواْ بِأَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ وَأَنفُسِهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 44]
﴿لا يستأذنك الذين يؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر أن يجاهدوا بأموالهم وأنفسهم والله﴾ [التوبَة: 44]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those who believe in God and the Last Day do not ask you for exemption from fighting with their goods and persons, and God knows well those who do their duty |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Those who believe in God and the last day do not ask your permission to try hard with their possessions and their lives. God knows those who control themselves |
| Ali Quli Qarai Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day do not ask you for leave [exempting them] from waging jihad with their possessions and their persons, and Allah knows best the Godwary |
| Ali Unal Those who believe in God and the Last Day do not ask you for leave to be excused from striving in God’s cause with their wealth and persons. God has full knowledge of the God-revering, pious who keep their duty to Him |
| Hamid S Aziz Those who believe in Allah and in the Last Day ask no leave of you from striving with their wealth and their lives; but Allah knows those who fear (do their duty) |

| Literal Those who believe by God and the Day the Last/Resurrection Day do not ask for your permission/pardon that they struggle/do their utmost with their properties/possessions and themselves, and God (is) knowledgeable with the fearing and obeying |
