﴿إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَٱرۡتَابَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِي رَيۡبِهِمۡ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 45]
﴿إنما يستأذنك الذين لا يؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر وارتابت قلوبهم فهم في﴾ [التوبَة: 45]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al The only ones who asks you for exemption are those who do not believe in God and the Last Day, or whose hearts are in doubt, so that they are tossed in their doubts, back and forth |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Only those who do not believe in God and the last day and their hearts are in doubt ask your permission (to be excused from fighting). So they waver (back and forth) in their doubt |
| Ali Quli Qarai Only those seek a leave [of exemption] from you who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, and whose hearts are in doubt, so they waver in their doubt |
