﴿قَالُواْ يَٰٓأَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأۡمَ۬نَّا عَلَىٰ يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَنَٰصِحُونَ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 11]
﴿قالوا ياأبانا ما لك لا تأمنا على يوسف وإنا له لناصحون﴾ [يُوسُف: 11]
| Shabbir Ahmed They said, "O Our father! Why don't you trust us with Joseph when we are good friends to him |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed They said: "O our father! Why don't you trust us with Yusuf (Joseph)— Seeing we are truly his sincere well wishers |
| Talal A Itani New Translation They said, 'Father, why do you not trust us with Joseph, although we care for him |
| Talal Itani They said, “Father, why do you not trust us with Joseph, although we care for him?” |
| Tbirving They said: "Our father, what´s wrong with you that you do not trust us with Joseph? We are quite sincere about him |
