﴿قُلۡ يُحۡيِيهَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِيمٌ ﴾
[يسٓ: 79]
﴿قل يحييها الذي أنشأها أول مرة وهو بكل خلق عليم﴾ [يسٓ: 79]
| Shabbir Ahmed Say, "He will revive them Who brought them into being in the first instance. Yes, for He is the Knower of all acts of creation |
