﴿وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 28]
﴿وهو الذي ينـزل الغيث من بعد ما قنطوا وينشر رحمته وهو الولي﴾ [الشُّوري: 28]
| Shabbir Ahmed And He it is Who sends down rain after they have despaired and He spreads out His Grace widely. And He is the Protecting Friend, the Owner of all Praise |
