﴿كـَلَّا لَمَّا يَقۡضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ ﴾
[عَبَسَ: 23]
﴿كلا لما يقض ما أمره﴾ [عَبَسَ: 23]
| Shabbir Ahmed Nay, man did not fulfill what He enjoined upon him |
