﴿حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَمۡرُنَا وَفَارَ ٱلتَّنُّورُ قُلۡنَا ٱحۡمِلۡ فِيهَا مِن كُلّٖ زَوۡجَيۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَأَهۡلَكَ إِلَّا مَن سَبَقَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ وَمَنۡ ءَامَنَۚ وَمَآ ءَامَنَ مَعَهُۥٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلٞ ﴾
[هُود: 40]
﴿حتى إذا جاء أمرنا وفار التنور قلنا احمل فيها من كل زوجين﴾ [هُود: 40]
| Abdel Haleem When Our command came, and water gushed up out of the earth, We said, ‘Place on board this Ark a pair of each species, and your own family- except those against whom the sentence has already been passed- and those who have believed,’ though only a few believed with him |
| Abdul Hye It was till when there came Our Command and the oven (Al-Tannur) gushed forth (water from the earth). We said: “Carry therein, of each kind 2 (male and female), and your family, except those against whom the word has already gone forth, and those who believe. Those who believed with him were only a few.” |
