Recall when your Lord said to the angels: "I will indeed bring - Surah Al-hijr ayat 28 in English

﴿وَإِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي خَٰلِقُۢ بَشَرٗا مِّن صَلۡصَٰلٖ مِّنۡ حَمَإٖ مَّسۡنُونٖ ﴾
[الحِجر: 28]

Recall when your Lord said to the angels: "I will indeed bring into being a human being out of dry ringing clay wrought from black mud

﴿وإذ قال ربك للملائكة إني خالق بشرا من صلصال من حمإ مسنون﴾ [الحِجر: 28]
