﴿وَأَدۡخِلۡ يَدَكَ فِي جَيۡبِكَ تَخۡرُجۡ بَيۡضَآءَ مِنۡ غَيۡرِ سُوٓءٖۖ فِي تِسۡعِ ءَايَٰتٍ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ ﴾ 
[النَّمل: 12]
﴿وأدخل يدك في جيبك تخرج بيضاء من غير سوء في تسع آيات﴾ [النَّمل: 12]
| Abdel Haleem Put your hand inside your cloak and it will come out white, but unharmed. These are among the nine signs that you will show Pharaoh and his people; they have really gone too far.’ | 
| Abdul Hye And now put your hand into your bosom, it will come out (shining) white without any harm. These are among the 9 Verses (you will take) to Pharaoh and his people, and surely, they are not pious people.” | 
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Now put thy hand into thy bosom, and it will come forth white without stain (or harm): (these are) among the nine Signs (thou wilt take) to Pharaoh and his people: for they are a people rebellious in transgression |
