﴿وَلَمَّآ أَن جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَا لُوطٗا سِيٓءَ بِهِمۡ وَضَاقَ بِهِمۡ ذَرۡعٗاۖ وَقَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡ وَلَا تَحۡزَنۡ إِنَّا مُنَجُّوكَ وَأَهۡلَكَ إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَكَ كَانَتۡ مِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 33]
﴿ولما أن جاءت رسلنا لوطا سيء بهم وضاق بهم ذرعا وقالوا لا﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 33]
| Abdel Haleem When Our messengers came to Lot, he was troubled and distressed on their account. They said, ‘Have no fear or grief: we shall certainly save you and your household, except for your wife- she will be one of those who stay behind |
| Abdul Hye And when Our Messengers (angels) came to Lot, he was grieved because of them, felt distressed for them, and was unable (to protect them). They said: “Do no fear and don’t grieve! Truly, we shall save you and your family, except your wife, she will be of those who remain behind |
