﴿فِيهِ ءَايَٰتُۢ بَيِّنَٰتٞ مَّقَامُ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُۥ كَانَ ءَامِنٗاۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلٗاۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 97]
﴿فيه آيات بينات مقام إبراهيم ومن دخله كان آمنا ولله على الناس﴾ [آل عِمران: 97]
| Abdel Haleem there are clear signs in it; it is the place where Abraham stood to pray; whoever enters it is safe. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty owed to God by people who are able to undertake it. Those who reject this [should know that] God has no need of anyone |
| Abdul Hye In it are clear signs like station of Abraham (where he used to pray). Whoever enters it becomes secure. And performance of Hajj (pilgrimage to the House of Ka’bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses; and whoever denies (the Hajj), then surely Allah is not in need of the worlds |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali In it are Signs Manifest; (for example), the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures |
