﴿وَيَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ يُقۡسِمُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُواْ غَيۡرَ سَاعَةٖۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَانُواْ يُؤۡفَكُونَ ﴾
[الرُّوم: 55]
﴿ويوم تقوم الساعة يقسم المجرمون ما لبثوا غير ساعة كذلك كانوا يؤفكون﴾ [الرُّوم: 55]
Abdel Haleem On the Day the Hour comes, the guilty will swear they lingered no more than an hour- they have always been deluded |
Abdul Hye On the Day when the Hour (of Judgment) will be established, the criminals will swear that they did not stay (in the world) but an Hour, thus they are ever deluded (away from truth) |
