﴿وَقَالُواْ نَحۡنُ أَكۡثَرُ أَمۡوَٰلٗا وَأَوۡلَٰدٗا وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ ﴾
[سَبإ: 35]
﴿وقالوا نحن أكثر أموالا وأولادا وما نحن بمعذبين﴾ [سَبإ: 35]
| Abdel Haleem They would say, ‘We have greater wealth and more children than you, and we shall not be punished.’ |
| Abdul Hye And they say: “We have more wealth and children (our deities are happy), and we shall not be punished.” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali They said: "We have more in wealth and in sons, and we cannot be punished |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And they said: we are more numerous in riches and children, and we are not going to be tormented |
| Ahmed Ali And (further): "We have far more wealth and children (than you), and we are not the ones to be punished |
