﴿وَتَرَىٰ كَثِيرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٰنِ وَأَكۡلِهِمُ ٱلسُّحۡتَۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 62]
﴿وترى كثيرا منهم يسارعون في الإثم والعدوان وأكلهم السحت لبئس ما كانوا﴾ [المَائدة: 62]
| Abdel Haleem You [Prophet] see many of them rushing into sin and hostility and consuming what is unlawful. How evil their practices are |
| Abdul Hye You see many of them hurrying in sin and transgression, and eating the forbidden earnings. Evil indeed is what they do |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Many of them dost thou see, racing each other in sin and rancour, and their eating of things forbidden. Evil indeed are the things that they do |
