﴿ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَجَعَلَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ وَٱلنُّورَۖ ثُمَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمۡ يَعۡدِلُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 1]
﴿الحمد لله الذي خلق السموات والأرض وجعل الظلمات والنور ثم الذين كفروا﴾ [الأنعَام: 1]
| Abdel Haleem Praise belongs to God who created the heavens and the earth and made darkness and light; yet the disbelievers set up equals to their Lord |
| Abdul Hye The praise is for Allah, Who has created the heavens and the earth, and made the darkness and the light; yet those who disbelieve in their Lord, they hold others as equal |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Praise be Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and made the darkness and the light. Yet those who reject Faith hold (others) as equal, with their Guardian-Lord |
