﴿وَلَا يَتَمَنَّوۡنَهُۥٓ أَبَدَۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[الجُمعَة: 7]
﴿ولا يتمنونه أبدا بما قدمت أيديهم والله عليم بالظالمين﴾ [الجُمعَة: 7]
| Abdel Haleem But because of what they have stored up for themselves with their own hands they would never hope for death––God knows the wrongdoers very well–– |
| Abdul Hye But they will never wish for it (death), because of what deeds their hands have sent before them! Allah knows well the wrongdoers |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But never will they express their desire (for Death), because of the (deeds) their hands have sent on before them! and Allah knows well those that do wrong |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And they will never wish there for, because of that which their hands have sent forward. And Allah is the Knower of he wrong-doers |
| Ahmed Ali But they will never wish for death because of what they had done in the past, and God knows the sinners well |
| Aisha Bewley But they will never ever wish for it because of what they have done. Allah knows the wrongdoers |
