﴿فَذَاقَتۡ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهَا وَكَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ أَمۡرِهَا خُسۡرًا ﴾
[الطَّلَاق: 9]
﴿فذاقت وبال أمرها وكان عاقبة أمرها خسرا﴾ [الطَّلَاق: 9]
| Abdel Haleem to make them taste the ill effect of their conduct- the result of their conduct was ruin |
| Abdul Hye So they tasted the evil result of their misdeeds and the consequence of their misdeeds was loss (destruction in this life and punishment in the Hereafter) |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Then did they taste the evil result of their conduct, and the End of their conduct was Perdition |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Wherefore they tasted the evil consequence of their affair, and the end of their affair was loss |
