﴿دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ فِيهَا سُبۡحَٰنَكَ ٱللَّهُمَّ وَتَحِيَّتُهُمۡ فِيهَا سَلَٰمٞۚ وَءَاخِرُ دَعۡوَىٰهُمۡ أَنِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[يُونس: 10]
﴿دعواهم فيها سبحانك اللهم وتحيتهم فيها سلام وآخر دعواهم أن الحمد لله﴾ [يُونس: 10]
| Dr Kamal Omar Their manner of invocation therein (will be) Subhanaka Allahumma (Glory be to You, beloved Allah!) and their greeting (to one another) therein (will be) Salam [Peace and tranquility (be from Allah over you)] and the closing (words) in their call (will be) that: Al-Hamd-o-Lillahe-Rabbil-Alamin |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar They will be calling out from there: Glory be to Thee, O God! And their greetings in it will be: Peace! And the last of their calling out will be that: The Praise belongs to God the Lord of the worlds |
| Dr Munir Munshey There, they will say, "Exalted are You, our Lord"; their salutation there will be "Peace!" They will conclude their prayers by saying, "All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the universe |
| Edward Henry Palmer Their cry therein shall be, 'Celebrated be Thy praises, O God!' and their salutation therein shall be, 'Peace!' and the end of their cry shall be, 'Praise (belongs) to God, the Lord of the worlds |
| Farook Malik Their slogan therein will be: "Glory to You O Allah!" And their greetings therein will be "Peace be upon you!" And their closing remarks will be: "All praises are for Allah Alone, the Lord of the Worlds |
| George Sale Their prayer therein shall be, praise be unto thee, O God! And their salutation therein shall be, peace! And the end of their prayer shall be, praise be unto God, the Lord of all creatures |
| Maududi Their cry in it will be: `Glory be to You, Our Lord!`, and their greeting: `Peace!`; and their cry will always end with: `All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the universe |
