Dr Laleh Bakhtiar But when He rescued them, that is when they are insolent in and on the earth without right. O humanity, your insolence is only against yourselves, an enjoyment of this present life. Again, to Us is your return. Then, We will tell you what you had been doing |
Dr Munir Munshey When We rescue them, they go back to doing injustice and oppression in this world, in defiance of the truth. George Sale But when He had delivered them, behold, they behaved themselves insolently in the earth, without justice. Maududi But no sooner than He delivers them than they go about committing excesses on the earth, acting unjustly. Men ! The excesses you commit will be of harm only to yourselves, (Enjoy, if you will) the fleeting pleasure of this world; in me end you shall all return to Us, and then We shall tell you what you did |
