﴿قُلۡ هَلۡ مِن شُرَكَآئِكُم مَّن يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۚ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 34]
﴿قل هل من شركائكم من يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده قل الله يبدأ﴾ [يُونس: 34]
Dr Kamal Omar Say: “Is there of your (assigned) partners that may initiate the creation (and) afterwards may repeat it?” Say: “Allah initiates the creation (and) afterwards shall repeat it. So how do you indulge in falsehood?” |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Say: Are there among your ascribed associates with God anyone who begins the creation and, then, causes it to return? Say: God begins the creation. Again, He causes it to return. Then, how you are misled |
Dr Munir Munshey Say, "Does any of the partners (you ascribe to Allah) initiates creation, and then renews it?" Say, "Allah has initiated the creation and He will start it anew. So, aren´t you being misled |
Edward Henry Palmer Say, 'Is there any of your associates who can produce a creature and then turn it back again?' Say, 'God produces a creature, then turns it back again; how then can ye lie |
Farook Malik Ask them: "Can any of your shoraka' (the deities you worship besides Allah) create anything and then repeat its process?" If they do not answer, then tell them: "Well, Allah creates and then repeats the process. Then how is that you are so misled |
George Sale Say, is there any of your companions who produceth a creature, and then causeth it to return unto Himself? Say, God produceth a creature, and then causeth it to return unto Himself. How therefore are ye turned aside from his worship |
Maududi Ask them: `Is there any among those whom you associate with Allah in His divinity who brings about the creation of all beings in the first instance and will then repeat it?` Tell them: `It is Allah Who brings about the creation of all beings and will then repeat it. How are you, then, being misled |
