﴿ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابٖ شَدِيدٍ ﴾
[إبراهِيم: 2]
﴿الله الذي له ما في السموات وما في الأرض وويل للكافرين من﴾ [إبراهِيم: 2]
Dr Kamal Omar Allah — That One — for Him (is) what (is) in the heavens and what (is) in the earth. And woe unto the disbelievers from a severe torment |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar God! To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in and on the earth, and woe to the ones who are ungrateful. For them is the severe punishment |
Dr Munir Munshey To Allah belongs everything in the heavens and on earth, and for the unbelievers, there is an affliction of the worst severity |
Edward Henry Palmer God is He whose is whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Alas for the misbelievers, for their torment is keen |
Farook Malik the One to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Woe to the unbelievers, for they will be sternly punished |
George Sale God is He unto whom belongeth whatsoever is in heaven and on earth: And woe be to the infidels, because a grievous punishment waiteth them |
Maududi (to the Way of) Allah to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. Woe be to those who reject the Truth for a severe chastisement |
