﴿وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٖ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٖ ﴾
[إبراهِيم: 26]
﴿ومثل كلمة خبيثة كشجرة خبيثة اجتثت من فوق الأرض ما لها من﴾ [إبراهِيم: 26]
Dr Kamal Omar And the example of Kalimatin Khabisatin (undesirable committal): like an evil and undesirable tree; it got uprooted from (its loose grip) on the surface of the earth. There is not for it any stability |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And the parable of a bad word is that of a bad tree, that was uprooted from above the earth, so it has no stability |
