And it is We Who give life and inspirit the property of - Surah Al-hijr ayat 23 in Tafsir

﴿وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ نُحۡيِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثُونَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 23]

And it is We Who give life and inspirit the property of animate existence and occasion the moment of death and deprive of animate existence, and indeed it is We Who are in the end the inheritors of the heavens and the earth

﴿وإنا لنحن نحيي ونميت ونحن الوارثون﴾ [الحِجر: 23]
